The Water Filter is the shelter's primary source of water. The water filter collects rainfall on the surface and transfers it into the shelter's water butts.
It also filters out dirtiness from contaminated water collected from black rain events. Characters who drink contaminated water risk suffering from radiation poisoning.
It can be upgraded 4 times in : decontamination, durability and efficiency
